The group going to Yucatan met for breakfast on Saturday, January 20th at the Ryan’s Family Steak House located at 4131 Ft. Campbell Blvd. in Hopkinsville. The time will was from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting was to confirm the schedule, the time we’re going, when we’re doing the training, etc. PLEASE plan to be at this meeting.
The schedule for training is Feburary 9&10 in Bowling Green.
The schedule for the trip is March 11 through March 18

Here's the schedule for the training. We'll try to start by 3 PM Friday, February 9. We should finish Friday by 9 or 9:30. We'll start Saturday with breakfast at 8:00 AM and get into the training by 9:00 AM. I hope to finish by 3 PM Saturday, Feb 10.
So sorry I couldn't be at the meeting on Saturday. It sounds like a lot of decisions were made. I would like to confirm some dates and times as I am seeing some contraditory information. Please confirm for me that the training in Bolwing Green is taking place on Friday, February 9 from 5-9 (with dinner provided) and February 10 from 9-2. I am helping make plans for those of you who will be staying the night in BG on the 9th. Please ocntact me if you would like to. And the dates for the actual trip are: March 11-19!?! This actually works perfectly for me. One other piece of information I need is how many are planning on being on the education team vs. installation team. I need to make arrangements for supplies, etc. for training. Thanks.
